Quick and Easy Upper Body Burn

This upper body workout can be done anywhere! All you need are 2 light weights and a burst of energy. Complete 3 sets of 12 repetitions of the following:

1. Bicep curls

2. Hammer curls

3. Shoulder blade contractions

4. Front raises

5. Lateral raises

6. Shoulder press
